We tried to fast-track our website… but procurement insisted on 3 quotes, a tender, and a negotiation round.
Now we’re stuck waiting for approvals from stakeholders who suddenly have a lot of questions.
Current status:
– Scope finalized (kind of)
– Budget approved (after “minor” cuts)
– Timeline… under review
Don’t worry — unlike most projects, this one will be delivered. Eventually.
